More importantly, despite the fitout having little realisable value, we will usually not take bricks and mortar security – thereby freeing your assets up for other purposes. Over the years we have arranged finance for company fitouts costing several
million dollars - without any real estate security.
Once we have approval we will advise you on the appropriate contract and term, taking into account your individual taxation, cashflow and GST considerations.
