Her role also includes submitting finance applications, requesting invoices from suppliers, signing up clients and ensuring the supplier gets paid for the goods. In addition, May performs account management duties (ie. invoices and payments) for Laurentide.
One of May’s career highlights at Laurentide has been completing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, which has substantially boosted and updated her finance knowledge.
May enjoys her day-to-day work of liaising with clients, suppliers and funders, to provide them with the services and support that they require. As part of this, she makes every effort to deliver her clients with the best option for their equipment finance, specialising in fast and friendly service to see her clients receive their finance approval and settlement as quickly as possible.
May’s passion for financing means that she can show clients alternate forms of financing the equipment they need to operate their companies by demonstrating the many benefits to them when they choose to finance equipment rather than paying with cash.
Four years of financial industry experience have taught her that each client has different requirements and needs and that matching these requirements with the best option available for that specific client produces the best results.
